Why do some items say "Contact to Order"In accordance with Upper Deck policies, we are unable to display pricing for Hobby Products until the product has been out for 180 days. However, these items are still available and in stock for purchase! To inquire about pricing or place an order for products listed as “Contact to Order,” simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How do Pre-Orders/Pre-Sales work?We offer the option to pre-order on most products, allowing you to secure boxes and/or cases ahead of their official release. If you place a pre-order, your item will be ready for pick-up or shipment on the manufacturer’s release date, or the following business day. Orders will ship the same day if we receive the product before 2 PM CST. Please note that manufacturer release dates may change without notice. We do not send notifications if a release date is adjusted. Keep an eye on the manufacturer’s updates for the most current information.

ShippingWe package and ship all orders with a great level of care to make sure that your order gets to you securely. In stock orders will ship within 1 business day from date of purchase Pre-Order Items will ship within 1 business day after product release date. Refer to Pre-Order/Pre-Sell FAQ for additional information. You will receive a email with tracking information once your order has shipped For ALL Upper Deck Product: We cannot sell or ship any factory sealed boxes or cases to Canada until it has been one full calendar year since the product's release date. We cannot sell product to resellers until the product has been out for 180 days
